BROILED WHITING FISH WITH CHEESY TOPPING
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
White fish fillets, enough to feed 4 to 6
Broil fish until it flakes. Sprinkle on the 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Stir together the remaining ingredients and spread this cheese mixture over the fish. Broil until lightly browned.
